A friend recommended your product and let me try it when I visited her home. I was happy to find I could purchase online. However, I was not expecting the Biofreeze would be in "gel" form. I have had an application fall to the floor as I was attempting to apply it to my back. So I prefer a product in a "thicker" cream form. If you do not sell it in a cream...I will be sticking to BenGay or other similar products. Too bad when manufacturers have to mess with something the buying public liked and turn it into a lesser product..
